Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery all across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.

• Delivery time: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
• Order processing: Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During sales, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
• Order confirmation: Our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and complete — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we'll share dispatch or tracking details with you via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Failed/returned deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable number, or refusal to accept, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Repeated COD refusals may affect future COD eligibility.
