• During sales periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer

Please ensure that your phone number and address are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking or delivery updates will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive:

• A defective product

• The wrong item

How to Request an Exchange

Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unused

• Product must be in its original packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same product will be arranged.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be exchanged.
